These Terms & Conditions Club 999 (club999.im) and its members as a legally binding agreement. By registering at Club 999, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms and conditions in full.

In addition to these terms, Club 999 's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply. Full details are available on their respective pages.

Club 999 Each individual may only create one account at. Opening multiple accounts using the same phone number, email address, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited.

You must provide accurate information at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in:

• Accounts may be closed at any time
• Deposited funds may be forfeited
• Future registration on Club 999 may be permanently banned

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. You are liable for all activity carried out under your account.

Club 999 The following conditions must be met to use services at:

1. Must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age as of the date of registration
2. Must be of sound mind and capable of making independent decisions
3. Accounts must be opened personally and on your own initiative
4. Playing on behalf of others or using third-party funds is not permitted

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the market is suspended due to a technical error. Please review the odds and terms carefully before placing a bet.

For in-play (live) betting, odds can change at any moment. In the event that a bet is not accepted due to network delay, Club 999 not liable.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by event
• Club 999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds
• If a match is cancelled, the staked amount is refunded
• If match-fixing or bet manipulation is detected, the relevant bets will be voided and the account suspended

Club 999 Deposits made to are usually credited instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact support.

KYC (identity verification) must be completed before making a withdrawal. A copy of your national ID or passport is required prior to your first withdrawal.

Minimum withdrawal limits vary by payment method. The minimum is ৳500 for bKash and Nagad, and $20 for crypto.

Club 999 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly displayed before you claim the offer.

• The welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only
• Only one bonus applies per deposit
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirements must be met first
• Any unused bonus is automatically cancelled once the bonus period expires
• If evidence of system or bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided

Club 999 complies with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) policies. As part of this, KYC verification is mandatory for all members.

Club 999 may request additional information or documentation in the following circumstances:

• Before processing large withdrawals
• If unusual activity is detected on an account
• At the time of first withdrawal
• Upon special request from the support team

Failure to provide requested documents in a timely manner may result in a temporary account suspension.

Club 999 strictly prohibits the following activities:

• Operating or creating multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses multiple times under different identities
• Using another person's account or identity
• Placing automated bets using software or bots
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal transactions
• Threatening or harassing other members or Club 999 staff

Club 999 may suspend or close a member's account for the following reasons:

• If a breach of terms & conditions is established
• Failure to submit KYC documents within the required timeframe
• If suspicious activity is detected on an account
• When a member voluntarily requests self-exclusion
• For legal or regulatory reasons

Any valid balance remaining at the time of account closure will be refunded after review — provided no terms & conditions violations are found.

• Setting daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Session Time Limits
• Self-exclusion (excluding yourself for 30 days or permanently)

For complex matters, the support team will investigate and provide a written decision within 72 hours. If you disagree with the decision, the matter may be escalated to the platform's licensing authority.

Club 999 We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via email or app notification at least 7 days in advance.

Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered your automatic acceptance of the updated terms.
